Retro Kitzbühel Apartment

Kitzbühel Retro. Ski-In Ski-Out. Charming apartment in Vintage style. Quiet. 500m to city center. Garden. Private Ski Tuition available.

Location at the end of the legendary Streif downhill run (70 m on foot from the piste). The house is located directly on the Hahnenkamm hiking trail and mountain bike trail. The Rasmushof golf course is 500 m away.

The sun terrace in front of the house with seating furniture and BBQ can be used (shared with the house owner). Dogs are welcome! Parking is available.

Check in & Check out times
Our key safe gives you flexibility with the check in. Check in is usually after 3 pm. Check out is 11 am the latest.

Parking
You can park in the driveway to the house. Please park on one side so we can fit 2 cars next to each other.

The washing machine (in the basement) can be used for free on request.

Tourism Tax
Please be aware that the tourism tax is not included in the price of the apartment. We kindly ask for € 3,50 per person per night (over 15 years old) which we will pay directly to the Tourism board on your behalf.

Trains / buses 

Kitzbühel has 2 train stations: Hahnenkamm station ("Kitzbühel Center"), which is 350 m down the road, and the main train station – a good 20 mins walk away. 
Not all trains stop at Hahnenkamm station!

Buses around town (and to the main train station) as well as ski buses can be caught at the parking below the Hahnenkamm gondola. Ski buses are free of charge - check the timetables provided in the apartment.

Outside of winter season the Hikers’ Bus runs in the close surroundings of Kitzbühel.These buses are free with the guest card. 
Ask at the local tourist office (in Hinterstadt, the pedestrian zone, next to the cinema) for current timetables.

You can also use the “ÖBB Scotty” app or the website www.oebb.at for information on all public transport options in Austria.

Train to Innsbruck: journey time approx. 1.5 hrs 
Train to Salzburg: journey time approx. 2 hrs 
Train to Munich: journey time approx. 2 hrs

If you would like to try skiing or are interested in improving your ski technique or getting to know the secret offpiste spots of the area get in touch with me! Our small private ski school SkiArt is right in the same house. We offer personalized tuition for every level and all ages with highly experienced instructors, freeriding with knowledgeable guides & loads of fun!
